The Program
Weekly Video Content
Every week, you will have access to expert-led videos on parenting and mental health, designed to be both therapeutic and educational.

In addition to the parenting and mental health content, weekly exercises will allow you to reflect on the content and consolidate what you’ve learned.

During the course of the program, we can direct you to help resources related to your needs and preferences that are located near you.

Progress Tracking
Tracking progress throughout mental health programs has shown to be beneficial for the participant. It is likely to increase self-awareness, encourage you to set goals, and enlighten you on if the program is addressing your needs.

Community Forum
In this online forum, we encourage you to participate by sharing your experiences and perspectives on the program. The main purpose of the form is to facilitate a sense of community with other participants, specifically around the conversation of mental health.
